Style 3-4 Tugger™

Rear Tugger™ Style 3-4 For Honda CRF 50 to 230, KTM 50/65 models, and also LEM 50, and Yamaha TTR50 & TTR90

The Tugger™ Style 3-4 is a rear Tugger™ that mounts to the subframe extensions found under the rear fender on Honda CR50F, CR70F, CR100F, CR150F, and CR230F, and a few KTM SX models (but NOT the SXF models - they use the Style 1!) Easy to install, lightweight yet rugged, you won't be disappointed with your purchase! Weight: 1.5 oz.

The rear Tugger™ Style3- 4 attaches to the subframe under the rear fender. It installs in seconds, weighs next to nothing, is super strong, and stays out of the way until you need it. After riding with the Tugger™, you and your child will never want to ride without one again. Also, the custom embroidery looks killer!

BEFORE ORDERING: Review the application chart (Excel file) or application chart (.pdf file) and the list below. If you don't see your model on this or any other Tugger page, email us! We probably have one that will work, we just haven't looked at every bike yet!

NEWS ABOUT THE STYLE 3-4

In an effort to continually improve our products, we are excited to announce that the Style 3-4 Tuggers are now stronger than ever before!  We have switched to a specialized grommet with teeth that grip the webbing, providing exceptional tear-out resistance.  While these grommets are nearly double the cost of common grommets, our high sales volume and bulk purchasing has allowed us to make this change with no increase in cost to you our customer. So go ahead and brutalize your Tugger.  It can take it!

APPLICATIONS

HONDA:
CR50F, CR70F, CR80F, CR100F, CR150F, CR230F

KTM:
85SX, 200SX... but check your subframe stubs first!  It they have threaded holes on the underside of the subframe stub, you need to get the Style 1!  (For example the '06 250SXF uses the Style 3-4, but the '07 250SXF uses the Style 1!)  Most 2003 and older KTMs have two bolts that hold the seat on - they use the Style 1 as well, not the Style 3-4.  All 2008-09 fill-size KTMs that we know of use the Style 1, not the Style 3-4.

And many other bikes have subframe stubs that will work!

KTM 50 before 2009:

The left side is sandwiched between the fender and the seat plate; the right side goes through the fender and uses the silencer mounting bracket. (You may have to trim a small amount of the fender - 1/8" or so - where the Tugger feeds through to the silencer.)

KTM 65 before 2009:

Thread the Tugger between the subframe and the fender, then secure using the bolts underneath the fender.

2009 KTM 50/65: Rremove the seat, secure the Tugger using the stock bolts:

TTR 90:
