I was in Chile for the ISDE. I wanted to let you know that when you guys gave me the Tugger strap, my first reaction was "how is this wierd little strap going to help with anything?" Then, after day one, I was completely hooked. Since that ISDE in 2007, I have told everyone I ride with about those "stupid little straps" and how they saved my butt several times. I still use my strap from 2007 - I just keep transfering it from bike to bike and telling my friends what a life saver they are. I qualified again this year and I would like to use a Tugger again on my rental bike in Portugal. I would like some cool custom embroidery again to show off the product. If it works for your budget, maybe I can get a screaming deal (you know how it goes with Six Days funding). I will certainly keep sending people your way as I have been doing for the past couple of years. Thanks, and good job on a good product. Troy, USA
Tuggers rock! Thank you so much for helping me equip my XR400. All of my biker buds use your products so I had to climb aboard. There is simply nothing better. I can’t wait to try your handlebar savers. Again, thank you so much Burt for going above and beyond to assist me. Your customer service is outstanding and the product works perfectly. See you on the trails!

Sirs - I just received my Tugger (and installed it) today. I am VERY impressed with the quality and fit. Thanks for getting it out so fast! I wanted to add that the hardware provided, fit my application(Honda CRF450X) PERFECTLY! You folks did your homework! I work for a world class R&D company, and have access to millions of $$$ of machine tools, and equipment. I had been thinking about making my own version of your Tugger, but I do not believe that I could have designed a nicer lift strap. I will be referring my circle of riding buds to you, after they try my lift strap, they’ll come runnin! Mike - Columbus, Ohio
The best thing I ever bought! A bit late in sending this message, been busy racing! It's just a quick message to say thanks. I have never been so pleased with something bought over the Internet!! They arrived in only a week, and they fit perfect, and although I have a weekend off racing (to watch the british MX GP) they look more than strong enough for the job. It has took me 6 months to find a tugger, allot of guys over here make things up out of old rope and stuff because, in UK there is simply nothing at all on the market!! I only found out about yours by reading an American mag. I will spread the word in the clubs I race with and see what happens. Again thanks a lot, brilliant! Rich, UK
I just felt inspired enough to write you guys a note of thanks. I got my TUGGERS quickly and in time for my big ride at The NH Classic. I was able to install the products myself, quickly, easily and no snags and I am an idiot. I could not wait to get stuck and try them out. Well there I was knocking at "Hell's door", a nasty cliff they call a hill. On my 4th attempt the sweeper was able to grab my front Tugger and my new New York friend grabbed the back Tugger and they saved me from getting my bike flipping back down on me. It was a delight to haul my 450 up this impassible hill thanks to my Tuggers. Thanks again for a great product, Jack, USA
"... I was right on Jason’s tail trying to assist in lighting the trail, when he bounced off a rock, lost his balance, and then put his foot on the downhill side to catch his balance, and you know what happens next. Down he goes on the downhill side, bike and man crashing into the dark. In typical Mike fashion, I first ask him if he is OK. As soon as he got his bearings and tells me he is OK, I then bust out the camera. Never a guy to give up a good photo opportunity, I told him I had to take a picture before I would help him. Had he been alone, he would have been in a serious pickle. There is no way he could have gotten his bike back up there himself. It was so steep there was no leverage. We had just enough visibility to get out my tow strap to secure the bike from tumbling all the way down the ledge. After about five minutes of heaving we finally secured a good handle on each of the newly installed Tuggers that Jason had just put on his bike (front and back). He grabbed the back Tugger and I grabbed the front, and with one last serious desperate heave, we got the bike back up on the trail, and then both just started laughing, relieved that we had gotten him back on the trail..." Troy and Burt - Just wanted to send a quick thanks for the top quality product. When I asked folks about them, they said "Awwww... don't waste your money, use an old cargo strap" and I almost did, but thought it would be cool to personalize it with the embroidery. Now I am glad I did, although a cargo strap would work just fine, the Tugger looks great for such a simple device. Mounts like it was made to be there, not like an old cargo strap with some bolts ran thru it. The Tugger name pressed into the strap is a nice subtle touch. Looks and works great! Don't know how I moved my daughters SX50 around without it! Well worth the money! Trent, USA
Excellent. Thank you. Love your slogan. Thought I should tell you - I LOVE MY TUGGER STRAPS!!! My story - my husband ordered rear and front tugger straps from you back in July/August for my new Yamaha TTR230. (The rear strap is embroidered with 'Zena' - which actually translates to 'wife' in Croatian ! :O)) I was excited to add these 'accessories' to my bike, thinking of course I wouldn't get much use out of them but that they were nice to look at... Little did I know that I would use the rear strap so much! It makes moving the back end of my 230-pound bike so much easier. When I need to move the bike around it's the first thing I reach for... and so now I must order these for my husband ! Thanks for providing a great quality product. And in case you are wondering - 'MUZ' translates to 'husband'. Tracy USA
Hi
We bought a new Honda for the wife and I have already ordered Front and Rear Tuggers , before we even pick the bike up. They will be installed for the very first ride. These things should come as standard equipment on dirt bikes! I already have one on my 450X and it is invaluable.
Great product, great people with the right kind of attitude, again thanks for a fantastic product. The embroidery really makes them stand out and they come clean almost like new with the pressure washer!"

"Just a quick follow-up, the TUGGERS are really great. I used them 1x the very first ride after installing them, had a happy ending. :-) I wanked my way across a wash filled with axle-deep gumbo, covered over with some weird kind of prairie grass that had some tumbleweed in it, and it just made a fake bottom. Well, my rat-bastard riding buddies (18 of us in a group last Sunday!) musta baited us newbies (to this area) pretty good, because I wasn't the only one who got snared. I nailed the far bank in 3rd and the front wheel made it over but I skidded alongside a 2-foot-high sandy cut bank and that left the rear wheel down in the sewer, with me atop the bank, front wheel precariously perched on the lip, waiting for a lightning bolt. Nothing happened, GOD did not intervene, and I was left there to pull it up by myself - imagine that.... Rear TUGGER was a perfect haul grabber, and the front was standing by for a passing buddy who dismounted, still laughing, and he grabbed hold and it was a done yank. Love it!" Dave, USA
"Troy & Burt, Thanks for the quick delivery! I received the Rear & front Tuggers on Wednesday and installed them that evening. The fit was great and they look good on the bike. I rode on Thursday and found the Tuggers to be invaluable. There were several instances where they came in handy. I ride by myself quite often and like to wander into some real tight ,steep stuff. I came up a climb after a switchback that was so steep even if you had a great run at it it would flip you just at the top. I attempted this 4 times without success on my 300. I just couldn't get enough weight on the front end to keep it down and looped the bike 4 times. With the Tugger it was so easy to pull the rear or front around to get back down the incline to make the additional attempts. I used almost no energy lifting, pulling and just maneuvering the bike with the Tugger. I'm going back there again today to see if I can get up that climb and I am sure happy that if I need additional attempts that the Tuggers will be there to help me get the bike down." Nick, USA
"Bolted up in about 3 seconds and looks great!" Rod, USA
"The weather was so nice yesterday morning that I pulled the bikes out of the shed and installed the Tuggers. They both fit perfectly! Now I just need to break my habit of grabbing the fender and start using the Tugger. Thanks!" Dee, USA
"Cool and thanks. I'm satisfied so far. The real test will be when I pitch my bike into some crevasse covered with manzanita and must retrieve it to survive the impending darkness and snow..." Bob, USA
"I know that I should be driving to work but I just had to fit the strap - you know how it goes... It looks amazing – thank you. It's already been used just lifting it onto the workshop stand and the split in the rear mudguard (the normal lifting point) says thank you......" Kevin, UK
"Everything checks out just fine over here, the Tuggers arrived yesterday and they are fitted to the bikes already. Many thanks for all your help, I would recommend your company and products to anybody." Dave, UK
"Just completed an awesome two days of riding at a very muddy Clear Creek in Central California. IMO, mud is one of the best reasons to get the Tugger. The strap provides a mud free location to use for lifting the bike, so your gloves stay clean and dry! I used it more times than I can remember on this ride, and it performed flawlessly. At one point, my bike was stuck (still in a vertical position) in a deep rut/mud puddle that was up to the airbox, with the rear of the bike lower than the front. I figured that if the strap was going to slip or the fittings break, this would be the time. My brother and I both grabbed onto the tugger (hey, it was a deep hole, and I was tired!), and easily lifted the bike out. Tugger retained its setting, and the aluminum hardware looks fine. And this is with a heavy dual sport RFS, with toolbags on the fenders." Curt, USA
"I too got my "Tugger" strap embroidered with my screen name. It looks sweet and is made of the highest quality parts. So far the strap has been extremely helpful. I give it a KTMTALK two thumbs up." Michael, USA
"Tugger is an incredible product. Performs well. Its amazing once you have the strap how many times you use it. Only thing that I would like to see added is a small hook on the strap. When you run barkbusters there is nowhere to hook helmet to. Just a thought." Mike, USA (NOTE: still thinking about the hook suggestion...)
"Installed my Tugger - very nice workmanship and quality!" Eric, USA
"Got mine and installed it. Comes in very handy, and will support the weight of the bike without a problem." Keith, USA
"By the way, these are definitely a great product. We went on a 65 mile trail ride last Saturday and I loaned the bike to a friend of mine to ride and the strap got good and broken in to say the least!!!" David, USA
