When you click "Add to Cart", one Tugger of the selected style will be added to your PayPal cart and you will be taken to the PayPal website. To order more than one FOR THE SAME BIKE, simply edit the quantity on the shopping cart. To order more than one but for a DIFFERENT bike, click on "Continue Shopping" and you will be taken back to our website. Then enter the year, make and model of the next bike and click "Add to Cart". When you are through shopping and are ready to check out, click on "View Cart" and then "Secure Checkout" and follow the PayPal checkout process.
It's simple and easy to pay by credit card. Just follow the instructions for PayPal payments as above, except after clicking on "Secure Checkout", click on
"If you do not currently have a PayPal account, CLICK HERE"
And follow the resulting instructions to pay using a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card.
NOTE: If your credit card is issued by a non-U.S. bank, PayPal probably won't take it. We don't process credit cards directly, so you'll have to send us a check instead, or contact one of our dealers that process credit cards directly.
We accept cashier's checks, money orders, and personal checks—just mail them to:
Highline Recreation, LLCA note telling us what you want is fine, or you can download an order form, fill it out and send it in with your check. If you need your Tugger in a hurry but want to pay by check, just email us your order and we'll start processing it immediately without waiting for your check to arrive. We've had good luck with this approach so far!
During the checkout process, PayPal will automatically add shipping charges as follows:
$2 for domestic shipping (includes Canada) on orders totaling less than $10,
$4 for domestic shipping (includes Canada) on orders totaling $10 or more,
$10 for all foreign orders.
There is also an option for Priority domestic shipping, which costs $8.
If you live in Utah, we have to charge you 6.25% sales tax (sorry!) which will be automatically added during the checkout process. If you need it fast, email us and we'll see what we can do. Stealth Tuggers generally ship within a day unless we're out riding, but embroidered Tuggers require extra processing time.
We usually do embroidery runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays. So if you order Tuesday morning, your Tugger won't be embroidered until Thursday and ship on Friday. If you order Monday night, chances are your Tugger will make Tuesday's embroidery run and ship on Wednesday. HINT: TEXT IN ALL CAPS USUALLY LOOKS BEST.
